First on-campus interview - Behavior-based questions/ A lot of questions about teamwork and leadership skills Then office interview - three back-to-back interviews / the first two interviews are similar to the on-campus one, mostly behavior-based/ the last one is case interview Overall great experience. Be prepared to tell a good story and ask good questionS!!

On-campus recruiting for entry-level. The recruiting staff are professionals work in the Structured Finance Office in Houston, who is awfully nice. Nothing was tricky. Everything was based on resume and some behavior questions. Next Round will be 3 interviews, 2 interviews focused on behavior, and one more case study.
