Entrevista
The interview process was standard and straight forward. You first do a behavioral interview where you are asked standard interview questions (name a time you faced a challenge, strengths/weaknesses, etc) and then you go into a case study interview.

Motivation + technique + alignement avec leurs objectifs et vision
1st interview: HR call
2nd interview: manager interview
3rd interview: partner interview
The interview overall is just to go through the resume and talking about the resume and experience. Not much technical stuff to ask.
Kurzes Kennelernen, Fachlicher Fit, Personal Fit inkl kurzen Case der allerdings leicht zu lösen war. Gab circa 10 Minuten Zeit für die Lösung des cases. Interviewdauer 60 Minuten, also recht kurz.
