The interview process was quick but was challenging. It started with Aptitude test, followed by an HR round. After that a technical test and interview was undertaken. The technical test had questions related to basic finance, accountancy and economics.
At EY, the interview usually starts with HR, then meet the manager, followed by technical or case interviews, and sometimes a partner interview. They’re mainly looking at skills, problem-solving, and fit.
