Really straightforward and efficient, it went smoothly and there were a lot of supports along the way. You get a gift card by just interviewing. All the interviewees are really engaging and tried to make me at ease.

Why accounting/audit?
Tell me about a time you took on the role of leadership.
The interview was relatively straight forward and focused on my ability to articulate my skills and experiences as in my CV, aligning my expectations with theirs, and answering my questions on the company culture, job scope etc.
The interview process was lengthy. I completed online assessments before a final video interview, and I went in blind, with no idea what questions might come up. I'd recommend preparing example questions beforehand for the digital interview.
