AC consisted of an interview with 2 managers/partners and a group activity where you had to solve a problem and present in teams of ~8. The actual preparation prior to the presentation is also monitored to see how you function with other teammates.

The interview process was smooth. The interviewer was friendly and showed genuine interest in my past experiences and personal interests. Questions covered my extracurricular activities, background, and motivations for applying for the role.
