First round was an online test and once you clear that then second round is face to face technical round. After that final HR round. I have never had such an experience. I cleared all my rounds and had a HR round and salary discussion. I was told that offer will be released once their MD is in the office. I waited for 2 days and when I called them back they were offering 40% less than what we had discussed. Moreover, what the HR said she will be able to offer was even less than my current CTC. And reason she gave was that we do not have that much budget. The budget came down in just 2 days. That was so frustrating, I went there cleared my rounds , wasted my time, effort and money for nothing. I would recommend not to go for this organization.

The interview process was easy and descriptive. There were two rounds of face to face interviews. Its a one day process, a technically round is conducted where skills related questions are asked.

Worst process i have ever seen in my carrier. There was only one technical interviewer for more then 150 candidates. So they started first round as HR to shortlist. I waited more than 5 hrs then without any technical discussion HR eliminate me after just two questions...reason for change and expected salary.
They were not capable of giving 30% hike. It was wastage of my 1 day.
