It was a Resume Based Interview , so prepare your resume very well . They had a Interpreter who use to interpret our English Thoughts into Japanese . The Interpreter was Indian . They asked about the projects and Certifications done , so prepare for the questions on the courses and certifications you have done.

Shortlisted on the basis of Resume from College and Interview was held in O Hotel in Pune, and the Interview panel had people from Japan with an interpreter who communicates the answer in Japanese back to the panel
