The hiring process is actually pretty good. A day in the field is good for both parties to determine their interest. Makes for a stressful day but better than getting a job you hate, this way you know.

It was good.. around one hour. Technical and personnal questions. I had 3 meetings. The first one with my direct superior, the second one with the manager and the last one with the district manager
