I participated in a Skype interview with the VP of sales for institutional business unit. I was on camera but he was not, which made for an uncomfortable interview but the tone was light overall. Tough, confrontational questions but nothing meant to stump or confuse.

What would a family member say is your worst quality? (made to call family member during interview to ask her the question directly - a bit unorthodox but made for an interesting interview)
Multiple steps, Multiple phone interviews, Ride along interview, Interview with District Manager, AVP and VP. Entire process took over 2 months. Each interview was progressively more challenging. The process is very thorough.
