I applied after being informed by the Ecolab employee that there has been recruiting process taking place. The process incorporated three rounds (HR, hiring manager and Director), Questions were very focused, open ended and required my full explanations.

Entrevista
Disaster. I was passed from one department to another. Started in Columbia and then to Dallas for two positions they said I was perfect for. Took a day off to take their stupid test that takes a full day and then was told they had to hire international candidates. The crew in Dallas safety label specialists were a joke!
