I had a virtual interview 1 week after applying. The interviewer was unprepared and clearly did not read my CV. She made me very vague and weird questions, as she was making them up as she talked to me. Then she explained the next steps and told the role should be filled within 2 weeks, as they wanted someone to start asap and said I should do some assessment tests online (Numerical Reasoning, Motivation, Personality and Verbal Reasoning) that took me a total of 2h to complete them all. 2 weeks later I received a system e-mail saying they had decided to move forward with other candidates that were a better match to the role. I think it was disrespectful to tell me that after making me complete a long assessment that had nothing to do with technical skills for the role, considering that the recruiter could have made that judgment right after our interview and saved me 2h of unnecessary work.
