In person meeting with Area Route Manager. He approved of my hiring and signed me up for employment. I then attended a week long orientation in St Paul, MN and a month later a one week training class in Chicago.

Entrevista
Applied online, received a call from HR shortly after, took a competency test that had some percent change problems. I then did a ride along w/ someone in the roll and had an in person interview with 3 people that basically went over my resume. It was made known that sales are very important to the company.

Informal but long process. I met with the District Manager in a Starbucks being as though there was no office in the area. All employees work from a home office.
