Four rounds of interviews, starting with a 30 minutes phone screening with a recruiter, then 45-minutes of behavioral with a manager and 45-minutes of technical interview with a senior and a final round with a Senior leader such a a global VP.

Why Ecolab is important. Your response should not be generic. Behavuioral questions on leadership, innovation, conflict, cross-functional collaboation .
It was 4 rounds. First two were very behavioral and informal. The last two were a bit more specific. It's all about a good fit. with the company. Also know exactly why you are pursuing your specific career.
