Not a pleasant interview process: Their follow up took too much and needed some pressure from my end to get responses. First technical interview was ok, the second technical interview was quite weird since interviewers were misaligned, they did not have the same approach for the position and their job expectations, and all of them seemed to be quite unfamiliar with the specifics on embedded systems , so the questions were strange and shallow, besides all points to they are not seeking for an Engineering Manager but more like a customer support or field Engineer anyway, their questions were not focused to get valuable technical knowledge information from me. First interview was recorded, not sure if this is legal but at least uncomfortable and could be perceived as a discriminatory practice based on other illegal screening parameters than experience and skills. After all interviews the outcome was that they got a lot onf interest on me but at the end no offer came up. Anyway I had a lot of doubts with this employer, so I would reject an offer in all cases.
