Candidatei-me por meio de uma agência de recrutamento. O processo levou 2 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela Edwards Lifesciences (Irvine, CA) em out. de 2017
Entrevista
The interview was easy in general, start with a phone interview with staffing agency then meet the supervisor in location. Ask the staffing agency if they can give you more options like getting more than one single interview, that will give you more chance to get a job. That what happens to me, they accept my second application but not the first one. "One department or supervisor will not accept your application but the second one could be more fitting your skills"
Candidatei-me online. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Edwards Lifesciences (Salt Lake City, UT).
Entrevista
I did a brief interview with recruiting upon arrival, then was given a tour of the entire facility. I was shown the manufacturing processes, cafeteria, and some other amenities.
At the end of the tour I was told that the hiring managers would like to meet with me to do the second interview, but that they could only do after 4:00, which unfortunately is after my start time for my current job.
Reluctant to put my current job in jeopardy, I asked for some time flexibility (maybe setting up a different time), as I had strong interest for the position, and I never heard back from recruiting/HR,
No call, no voicemail, no email.
