Applied online, and interviewed with a Project Manager within 2 weeks. After the interview, the Project Manager went absent w/o response for nearly 2-3 additional weeks. Finally I heard from someone in HR who stated that the Project Manager was out due to illness, and would get back to me with a decision or next steps. Another 2-3 weeks went by before I sent an email asking for a status update-- I finally received an email from HR administrative assistant that they decided to go with an internal candidate that was finishing an internal project.
