HR was based in Malaysia, Talent Acqusitor was really pleasant and friendly. They first had a chat to evaluate your personality and your aptitude towards the job. They then asked a few behavioral question to see if you are able to integrate yourself to blend in with the team. I personally had some background information that there is change in management towards lean organization structure. They are looking for experience individual who can immediately make a contribution and breathe a fresh perspective to the team.

Initial interview is by company/affiliate recruiter, then phone interview by hiring manager, and lastly the panel interview of 5-6 interviewers depending on the job title. The recruiter will then contact you with the feedback if you did not receive the job.
