The recruiter for the position contacted me directly as a potential candidate for the position and I was happy to have the first interview. Though I just heard about the company through some previous experience in the pharma industry the position itself seemed interesting. The communication and scheduling ran smooth, had a pleasant conversation and was informed to be receiving the feedback on the next week. A week and half later I contacted the recruiter as I haven’t heard back anything, was promised that they will get back to me as soon as they could manage to discuss with the HM the outcome of my interview. A month passed now and I received a message with some feedback why I wasn’t selected for the next round. As I was interested in their feedback I asked the recruiter to provide some commentary how I could develop myself and basically as answer I just received the same reasons of rejection as from the previous correspondence, though my question was not about that.
