The first round was really positive and was a discussion about my motivations, current career experience and what would be expected from the role. I felt interested in the role and the company.
The second round was where things fell apart. This was supposed to be 3 hour-long interviews.
The first of these three was with a director who had his camera turned off at the beginning of the call. We chatted for 5 minutes before he gave me a task to complete. After 30 minutes I re-joined the call, he asked me if I had any questions for him and then ended the interview. This was supposed to be a technical interview exploring my own knowledge and I was barely asked a single question.
The second of these was more positive and seemed more focussed on work culture. However, the interviewer mentioned that she hadn't seen my CV, which I felt was unprofessional.
The third of these interviews was rescheduled at 25 minutes notice, after I had taken the afternoon off work to prepare for it. No reason was given for the rescheduling. I was then told the next working day that I was "not a good fit". It was also claimed that it was my camera which had been off during the second interview, which is completely untrue.
Avoid.
