HR emailed me to set up an interview, we met the very next day. She called me 3 days after the interview and offered me the position and told me my salary. I came in the next day for a mouth swab drug test and to provide information for a background check. Once it all cleared i started working 4 days later.

Interviewed for a position and never heard back. No email, no call, not even an automated rejection despite being told they would follow up in a week. This kind of candidate ghosting reflects poorly on the company’s values and professionalism. It’s basic courtesy to inform applicants of the outcome, especially after a formal interview.
