Someone reached out following my application and we set up a virtual interview. I then had a zoom interview with two employees at Emily's List. The questions were mostly expected.

They asked about specific campaigns I was following. They also had follow up questions based on my answers surrounding involvement and commitment to community-based organizations as theirs isn't necessarily one.

Entrevista
Easy interview! Nothing intense, just asked about past work experience, time management skills, and familiarity with CRMs. Felt conversational and straightforward, more like a discussion than formal questioning. Relaxed, simple, approachable overall.
Pretty relaxed! Although do prepare with concrete ideas and be sure that you know some of their candidates. I would suggest being able to map out your future and how EMILYs List is important to that since they care a lot about helping their interns.
