The hiring process was very efficient and quick almost 3 weeks.
I applied online and had a phone screen with a HR rep. The phone screen conversation was straightforward and she asked me about my experience and knowledge. She also described the role and the team a little bit.
Then I was invited to have an interview with the hiring manager, a senior PM and the HR rep whom had a conversation with over the phone.
During meeting, I was being asked both situational and behavioral questions which are mostly related to the role. I also got a chance to ask some questions around the job, expectation of the role and some ideas about the projects.
After the in-person interview I got invited to have the last interview with the C.O.O. who was trying to give me more detail of the big picture which I got it from the previous meeting. He described more about the culture and environment of the organization which was very helpful.
