The interviewer was a non-technical person, so I couldn't get much valuable info from the company. I don't think I was respected enough. I spent two hours on the assessment, only got a 15 minute chat with a non-technical person to get some basic information, and then was rejected. I didn't even have a chance to communicate with their technical staff.
