Completely toxic process.
First AI interview, then they phone me discussing salaries, then the technical interview.
My CV clearly stated I self taught programming, then transferred in to a software development degree.
Despite having multiple working products full-stacked with real paying users, they asked me academic quiz questions like "what's the difference between static and dynamic typing", "what's the most important parts of object oriented programming".
While answered normally, they decided to end the interview early and lectured me "the right way to articulate answers".
When I prompted I could walk them through my previous projects, they said "I was not up to their requirements."
This is the most condescending, disrespectful kind of "technical interview" experience I could imagine.
No real tasks assigned, no opportunity to show past projects and any knowledge/experience beyond textbook.
And they label themselves "Innovative company".
The entire process wasted me a month.
