Applied directly on the company's website for the position. Attached only resume. Got an e-mail to schedule a phone interview. The interview went well. After the phone interview, I never heard back from the company. I tried to contact via e-mail but I got no response.

Great experience and management lovely, interview is pretty standard for industry, I would love to work for them one day. Felt like a chat more than super structured, they have a lot of roles if you are interested in the beauty sector.
