The recruiter was helpful and the hiring manager was very enthusiastic about my experience, knowledge and fit for the role. After telling me they would be in touch very soon about next steps I was 'ghosted', Which was disappointing but not surprising since this is an employer's market. I would expect better from a company with Experian's pedigree.
