1st stage: phone interview, very approachable manager 2nd stage: face 2 face with manager, hr, and 2 architect/developers (they appeared quite junior lacking communication skills in understanding simple big data concepts) 3rd stage: case study is like talking to a first grade class of noobs, also met up wth the head of engineering Basically, the job description is of a senior developer but the interviewers have no clue about the big data technologies nor of machine learning. Just don't mention approaches from machine learning even when they ask you have you done any machine learning, as it goes over their head. It was a wasted time, feedback in 2nd stage was completely counter to 3rd stage. The role was for a senior developer but was being interviewed by noobs. They might even give you a take home test. But that test is like someone just wants to see that you can code. Is this really a role for a senior developer (??) It is a racist company.
