Very relaxed, casual, informal. Did the 1st interview, was then invited for 2nd interview, which went well. Was then told to expect an answer in the next few days....and I think you know what's coming... ... That's right! Absolutely nothing. It seems that 'ghosting' is what they do at Experian, which, in this day and age, and for a company which prides itself in employee wellbeing, is pretty poor, let's be honest. Despite emailing the recruitment team, absolutely no contact was made with me, essentially meaning the whole thing was a waste of time. Just be aware if you for an interview here - read the other reviews, and you'll find this isn't an isolated case; they simply don't care enough to at least let you know you haven't been successful. Forewarned is forearmed.

Applied through careerbuilder, received a call a week later for a phone interview, scheduled an in person interview a week later and got the job and started about 2 and a half weeks later.

I applied online in 2011. I remember doing some skills testing and also a phone interview with an HR representative out of California. And then I got a face to face interview in Allen Texas with two of the managers.
