Very one sided approach during the process. Interviewed with 4 different leaders with very positive feedback. Had one interview no show, followup communication was limited, no response to any attempted followups, and no updates for weeks. The overall perception that it left with me was that people are not valued at least in the organization where I interviewed.

Very friendly and relaxed environment. Very professional. Had an interview with a VP. Questions about previous experience and specifically focus on achievements. A week before the interview day they asked me to prepare a specific case and present a preliminary business plan on how I will develop the specific market.
