I appeared for interview recently in the month of June. There were 3 technical round consisting of coding and designing and lead related skills. Interview went really well and we started discussion on how much salary I am expecting what and what is my current notice period and how soon I can join. After all this negotiation I was suppose to have formal director round and they initiated the process to work on offer letter. All of a sudden I didn't hear from them for the whole week, I tried reaching out over mail and call I was ghosted. My senior who referred me tried to enquire from HR, then got to know they have put the position on hold. But they didn't find it necessary to inform candidate whether rejected, not considered or why on hold or any sort of update. Extremely poor and unprofessional experience when candidate is prepared in mind that he has clear the interview and now waiting for offer.
