I was invited to one of the Central European hubs of the company to have an interview. (costs were covered by me).
First interview is through Skype and second interview is up close.

Describe a previous conflict and how you handed it.
Applied online. After couple of weeks, I got invited for the interview with HR and hiring manager. This was an entry-level job. The interview wasn't difficult and I was asked general questions. For example, what do you know about the company, why are you applying for this position and asked about my education background.

Very easy going got asked the usual motivational questions and language skills assessment 2 rounds of interviews , in the end there’s a task assignment you have to solve within 5 minutes
I applied to ExxonMobil for a finance entry level position but I was offered to proceeded with the customer service representative. The interview was scheduled by email and it wasn’t difficult. I was asked Excel pivot tables and tell about previous customer service experience.
