6-8 Interviews across a full day. I got assigned a new hire to be your contact and guide me from office to office - my guide took me to dinner the night before with a couple other employees. The discussions were very informal with managers. I mostly asked questions about their experience and listened. The hardest thing was to stay alert and awake during the long day.

It was friendly with mostly behavioral questions and some few technical questions on the basics of Reservoir Engineering. It comprised a panel of 3 people at first then a final interview of the general managers comprising 2 people.

Interview was CV based and they also added technical and HR questions. Technical questions covered basic mechanical concepts and were easy to medium level. They grilled on each and every core project and internship mentioned in my CV.

Entrevista
The total process took a few months (3-6 months)
The interview process was relatively quick, under a month but the time to receive feedback on the job was quite long.
The questions resolve around some basic HR Questions, like leadership styles, conflict management, and if you're applying a technical role, there would be some technical questions that are based on your CV.
The questions would require you to answer in a STAR format.
There are two stages, Stage 1 would be basic behavioural questions and personality checks, Stage 2 would be Technical evaluation.
