Basic engineering questions were asked as part of the technical interview. These were challenging but the interviewers were excellent in probing and brining out the best in you. Good experience overall.

Name a time when you had to work with a difficult individual, in a group, and how did you deal with this to gain a positive outcome?
They did not know I was not a Malaysian national. During the ice breaking session between several candidtaes this was noticed, and someone noted that a mistake has been made. They did not proceed with the interview and I would have not gone anyway.

Entrevista
Initial online application with CV and cover letter, followed by online tests. If you're successful, you will then be invited to an assessment center. ExxonMobil said that you would receive a feedback report after completing the online tests however, I did not.

Entrevista
After filling out the online appliation form, I was progressed onto the online tests which included IQ tests and a situational judgement test. Then I was progressed to a Skype interview with an Exxon employee who asks " give an example of a time..." type of questions and you are expected to respond using STAR technique. The questions at this stage are non technical.
