Used the STAR method (Situation, Task, Action, Result) of behavioral questions at in-person interview. "Tell me about a time when..." "Give me an example of when you..." A lot of focus is put on the "result" part of your answer, so make sure you effectively convey the outcome of the situation.

Career fair on campus, took us out to breakfast the following week. Did interviews on campus afterword's. Two engineers were the interviewers very casual conversation but pretty intimidating. ( I need to reach 30 word count )
