Online. 2 personas de recursos humanos. Preguntas varias. Definir aspectos técnicos, soft-skills, entre otras cosas. 15-20min de duración aproximada. Revisión de CV y experiencia. Motivos de cambio de trabajo, motivos de querer trabajar en la empresa. ¿Qué le podemos aportar a la empresa?
Proactive focus on circle of influence(reactive on circle of concern). Do more than is expected. Proactive approach is change from inside-out: we change, before the problem changes. We fill the circle of influence with “be” not “have”: be patient, be wise, be loving.
Types of problems: direct, indirect and no control-accept and learn how to live with it.
