had online interview.
After self-introduction, interviewer did not ask me any questions and went over the laboratory (plant?) for an hour. I did not get any chance to explain myself over the question and did not get job. seemed like there was already internal candidate, and interviewed me to follow the process but not to hire.

He did not ask any questions other than self introduction, and he just went over the tour of the plant for 30min, I have good degree with great grade, but rejected. Only thing I think the reason was I am asian.
