After I applied online I had a quick phone interview basically to test my level of English. After that I had a day long assessment center interview that consisted of panel discussion, prioritization task and a team play related to a case study. The team play intended to reveal how well you collaborate and respect other members of the team, who has leadership skills and how to approach a problem and on what grounds you make a decision.
