I applied online and been reached by Farfetchs' recruiting team for a first phone interview. The day scheduled nobody called me and I didn't get any answer to phone/email for few days. We rescheduled later and went well. 2nd stage with hiring Manager went well too. They asked me to prepare a case study and a presentation of my loyalty strategy. The presentation at the head office went well. Since no news, no answer to my emails nor to my calls.
Good company, nice offices, people was was globally friendly but no communication. After 3 stages and spend time to prepare the task they asked and saying they will come back to me asap they didn't event take the time to contact me or answer my emails and give me a feedback. Disappointing, and they have 'be human' in their corporate values...
