I got an email notification for an interview with a link to join the session via video conferencing. On the interview day, I arrived about 5 minutes earlier than expected and waited for the HR lady and the line manager for the role. After some technical issues on their side, they came online. From basic questions about myself, they went into more technical ones about my experience in project management and particularly agile methods. Afterwards they asked behavioural questions and about my family. They also asked why I would want to exchange the beautiful city of Paris for the ancient city of Porto. Lol. Overall, I think I did very well and they promised to get back to me within a week. They didn't! I got a generic mail after almost 2 weeks that I was unsuccessful. Quite ashamedly, no reasons were adduced.
