Entrevista
The first interview was a phone screen, where the talent acquisition know you Berger, your background and see if you fit in the position.
Then, if you are elegible for the role, they send you a test to do in 45 minutes. 18 questions, 6 about Python code, and the others about machine Learning (evaluation metrics, "wich model you should use if...", Bias and variance, I had many about regression models).

Entrevista
Terrible. After completing a tech test up front, a recruiter call was scheduled, however this was cancelled multiple times on request of the recruiter (with days/weeks of silence in between rebooking), one time they just didn't turn up to the meeting. Once we finally met, they were 10+ mins late (for a 30min call).
The next stage was a call with a software engineer, it was at this stage I was told that as a Data Scientist my experience is not what they are looking for and that the job title means different things to different companies... I ended the meeting after 10 min.
This company does not respect candidate's time. I will not be applying again.
