3 interviews: First with RH, to get to know your expectations and salary expectation; Second with hiring manager, also to get to know you and your experience relevant to the role; and third with director to get to know your ambitions within the company and future expectations. A very slow process between interviews and mainly to give a final feedback.

First and second interview with HR, final interview with department head. Really enjoyed the HR interviews - the director who conducted my final interview however was 40 minutes late to the interview. They sat me in a very awkward area to wait for the interview, did not offer me water or anything to read. Because I was there 20 minutes early, I waited one hour before the interview which I felt was quite unprofessional. When the director arrived to the meeting room she was flustered and not very present. She mentioned that because of my national origin I probably wouldn't get along with her staff, which was incredibly disappointing and shocking that that could happen in 2021, especially considering that they have so many podcasts on Spotify about their diversity and inclusion.
