The interview process for this company was quite an extensive journey. It involved multiple rounds of interviews with various members of the team, which included HR representatives, potential colleagues, and even higher-ups within the organization. While I appreciate the thoroughness of their selection process, it did tend to feel rather long and drawn out. However, there was one significant downside to this prolonged process - the lack of timely feedback. After investing a considerable amount of time and effort into these interviews, I was left waiting for feedback that never arrived. This absence of communication left me feeling uncertain about my standing in the hiring process and somewhat frustrated by the lack of closure.
