Hirevue asks "tell me about yourself" and "why are you interested in FTI and the business area you are applying for." Afterwards you would move to first round interviews which apparently consist of case studies and behavioral questions.

It was very straightfoward. 2 rounds. One was a behavioral. The second one was a Superday with two back-to-back interviews. There were some technical questions but mostly behavioral. Pretty standard tell me about yourself and asked some questions about things on my resume.

The interview was online and pre‑recorded, with questions focused on my key strengths, how I would describe myself, and other competency‑based prompts about my skills, personality, and working style. It was not good in the end because it didn't offer.
