I talked with 3 different managers and was informed of what each job would entail and asked questions about what I did in school, what my goals were and what I wanted out of the position.

The application process was done through multiple rounds: the first round consisted of me submitting my resume and a cover letter; the second round was filling out an extensive questionnaire (probably to see where I should be placed if hired); the last round was an in-person interview that lasted 20-30 minutes.
