Entrevista
A recruiter reached out to me via LinkedIn for a Technical Program Manager role focused on post-sales implementations and customer delivery. The overall process was professional, well-organized, and fairly streamlined.
The process consisted of:
* Recruiter screen
* Hiring manager interview
* TPM case study interview
The recruiter screen focused on my background, customer-facing technical experience, and interest in the role/company.
The hiring manager conversation went deeper into:
* implementation/project delivery experience
* cross-functional collaboration
* customer communication
* handling ambiguity and technical delivery challenges
The final round was a 45-minute case study with a TPM team member. I was given a lightweight implementation scenario at the start of the interview involving:
* a fixed delivery timeline
* staffing constraints
* technical dependencies/blockers
* customer constraints
The exercise focused less on creating a perfect project plan and more on:
* sequencing work appropriately
* identifying dependencies and critical path items
* risk management
* staffing/resource allocation
* communicating tradeoffs and escalation paths
The interviewers were collaborative and conversational throughout the process, and the case study felt representative of real implementation work rather than a “gotcha” exercise. The conversations also included technical follow-up questions and discussion around delivery approach, prioritization, and stakeholder management.
While I ultimately wasn’t selected to move forward, I had a positive experience overall and appreciated the professionalism and transparency of the team throughout the process.

I had an initial phone screen with Federato that lasted about 10 minutes and felt quite unstructured. The conversation covered a brief overview of my background and compensation expectations, but there were no deeper questions about my experience, skills, or fit for the role. I also would have appreciated more context about the company, the position, and the hiring process.
The call ended shortly after I asked a few questions, without discussion of next steps, role expectations, or logistics. Based on other feedback I later came across, my experience did not seem unique.
For a company in the AI space, I expected a more thoughtful and structured early-stage interview process. A clearer screening process and more consistent communication would create a much stronger candidate experience.

I interviewed for Senior Forward Engineer role, the process was well-structured and moved at a good pace. I went through three main stages before deciding to withdraw:
1. Recruiter Screen
2. Manager Interview
3. Coding Interview
I passed all stages and was scheduled for the System Design round, but I ultimately decided to withdraw my candidacy.
I had a very positive experience with the team. Both Kraig and Iram were very professional, transparent about the role, and genuinely nice people. For what I learned the product is very cool and I think it solves a real issue.
After reflecting on the information I gathered during the interviews, I realized this role weren't exactly what I am looking for at this point in my career. It was purely a matter of personal career alignment rather than any issue with the company or the process.
