The initial conversation is with the recruiter and is what you would expect. An overall summary of your work experience, etc. The hiring manager will determine how many people you will meet with. The first time I interviewed I met with a panel and determined I did not want the job. The next time I interviewed it was with the hiring manager and then the VP. Both were 30 minutes and very standard questions.
