One technical and managerial round. Hardly 30 mins to video call where only you will be showing your face and interviewer will be hiding behind pic leaving you clueless and embarrassing. Followed by HR round with general questions and would like to know basically why are you leaving your MNC and joining this bad small pity organization.

Completely waste of time and didn’t get the offer after clearing all rounds.
I have been told by HR that management will release the offer if and only if I can join as early as possible it seems like with in 15 days or so. I clearly mention to them in beginning itself that official notice period in my company is of 45 day’s, however I mentioned that I can try for but out option but can not make any false commitment
2. I do agree on 1st point that it’s company prerogative to hire a candidate and check other project related things. Things could have been simple on both sides if the same could have been informed before scheduling an interview.
3. Thing that surprised and disappointed me is that I have been asked to take the offer from other company and then resign from my current company and then inform Finoit to release the offer by showing my resignation mail which is completely against an ethics of any employee. I had mentioned the same thing to HR but it was mentioned there is no harm in this and it will be win win situation for me. I have never seen such a thing happened to me during my entire professional career.
I hope Finoit management will take 3r point seriously because it really creates a very bad impression of the company in market.
