Resideo uses a multi-tiered interview process. You first speak with HR talent acquisitions. They will then put you in touch with the direct hiring manager, followed by an employee, then a project manager and finally an on-site interview to recap and further gauge who you are. Once hired, you will not work with an HR person. Instead, you will receive an email with a list of onboarding tasks including forms to fill out, benefits to apply for, and mandated trainings. The process will take well over a month.
