Candidatei-me de outra forma. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa First Contact HR (Fort Washington, PA).
Entrevista
I had the chance to interview for a position that didn't require experience or degrees. However, they acted as if this were one of the top roles. The payment was another red flag, too low and with too many requirements. I had two interviews: the first lasted three and a half hours, and the second two and a half hours. The process was absolutely terrible, showing no respect for your time, and the questions asked were like those from amateurs. The position didn't specify that you needed to use your own car for events, nor did the job description explain any events; they only mentioned this in the interview. During the interview, they had a paper with over 25 questions, which honestly felt like questions from elementary school. I had already read many negative reviews about the CEO, but I thought I’d give the company a chance to see the energy and environment myself. It was a major red flag. The way he conducts the interviews felt more like an investigation, always seeming suspicious about your answers. Be sure to read about others' experiences, there must be a reason why everyone is complaining, and block your days if you get an interview you will get stuck there for a long time.

Everyone was super friendly. They were willing to be flexible with any potential conflict that may come up while working. The HR woman is very nice and helpful in preparing for the interview.

Candidatei-me por meio de uma agência de recrutamento. Fui entrevistado pela First Contact HR (Fort Washington, PA) em set. de 2014
Entrevista
I found out about this company though a staffing agency. The agency said that if I were to get hired at for this position, I would be taken on as a full time employee under this company. The company got in contact with me 2 days after I met with the staffing agency. The CEO is really stern and he asked a lot of detailed questions about every thing on your resume and why you made the life choices you made. He called me and did a phone interview with me and invited me to come in. When I got there, I had an in person interview with him and with the hiring manager. The hiring manager seemed really bored but I tried to smile and stay positive. They both told me that if they wanted me back that they would invite me for a second interview. I sent a thank you email to both and still haven't heard back from them as to whether I am moving on to the next interview or if I wasn't selected.

The manager asked typical questions but the CEO asked the hardest ones such as, "why did you decide to do this?" or "why is there a gap in your resume?"
