Candidatei-me de outra forma. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa First Contact HR (Fort Washington, PA).
Entrevista
I had the chance to interview for a position that didn't require experience or degrees. However, they acted as if this were one of the top roles. The payment was another red flag, too low and with too many requirements. I had two interviews: the first lasted three and a half hours, and the second two and a half hours. The process was absolutely terrible, showing no respect for your time, and the questions asked were like those from amateurs. The position didn't specify that you needed to use your own car for events, nor did the job description explain any events; they only mentioned this in the interview. During the interview, they had a paper with over 25 questions, which honestly felt like questions from elementary school. I had already read many negative reviews about the CEO, but I thought I’d give the company a chance to see the energy and environment myself. It was a major red flag. The way he conducts the interviews felt more like an investigation, always seeming suspicious about your answers. Be sure to read about others' experiences, there must be a reason why everyone is complaining, and block your days if you get an interview you will get stuck there for a long time.

I applied online and was a simple enough process. I had a phone screen with the HR rep and had an interview scheduled. Showed up 15 minutes before my scheduled interview time and was taken back 15 minutes after my scheduled time. I ended up interviewing with the CEO and the Team Leader. The first interview round lasted 2.5 hours.
I was invited back for a second round of interviews, where I interviewed again with the CEO and the Team Leader and this time the HR rep, which all took around 3 hours. So total this was a 5 hour interview process.
I was asked a lot of tell me a time where you did something or why did you pick your major in college, etc. It was very behavioral based questioning and explaining everything on my resume and why I made certain decisions in past jobs, school, etc.
I was offered the position and accepted after my second interview but have since left the company. Make sure you block enough time out of your schedule for these interviews as they run long and could be your whole morning or afternoon.
Everyone was super friendly. They were willing to be flexible with any potential conflict that may come up while working. The HR woman is very nice and helpful in preparing for the interview.
